All Tabs Open Install Guide
All Tabs Open currently installs through Chrome Developer Mode using the unpacked extension folder. The process is short and works well for technical buyers and researchers who are already comfortable with Chrome extensions.
Install steps
- Download the zip and save it to your machine.
- Unzip it so you have access to the extension folder contents.
- Go to `chrome://extensions` in Chrome.
- Enable Developer Mode with the toggle in the upper-right corner.
- Click “Load unpacked” and select the extension folder.
- Pin the extension to the toolbar if you want faster access.
- Open a supported page such as a Wikipedia article or documentation hub.
- Click “Scan current page” to preview the links before opening tabs.
Recommended first test
- Open a Wikipedia article or a documentation index page.
- Turn on Same-origin only and Main content only.
- Use a max tab cap around 25–50.
- Use a delay around 300–500 ms if opening many tabs.
Troubleshooting
- Nothing scans: try a normal website; restricted Chrome pages do not allow script injection.
- Too many results: enable same-origin filtering or main-content-only mode.
- Too many tabs at once: lower the cap and increase the delay.
- Need help: use the Arctic Codex All Tabs Open support page.
Support expectations
- Reasonable install and usage help is available through the support page and email path.
- Order recovery should start with View My Orders.
- The strongest first success path is a docs hub or Wikipedia page with moderate tab limits enabled.
