Licensing

Arctic Codex now has two clear licensing buckets: UPE commercial licensing for the flagship engine, and software product licenses for self-serve browser utilities like Web2TXT and All Tabs Open.

Choose the right license lane

UPE commercial licensing

Licensed source access for the deterministic engine, its proof surface, and serious integration work.

Software product licenses

Simple buyer-use licenses for direct digital tools sold through the public store and supported through docs plus email.

UPE commercial licensing

UPE is licensed, not sold. The public default remains intentionally simple: review the proof surface, then either buy the standard non-exclusive commercial source license or contact Arctic Codex for custom terms and larger deals.

One standard commercial path

The default posture is a non-exclusive commercial source license for a named buyer and product scope.

Evaluation before paperwork

Technical fit and diligence come first so buyers see the proof surface before the agreement detail.

Optional support only if written

If onboarding or support is needed, it is added explicitly rather than buried inside vague pricing tiers.

Software product licenses
