Commercial Sales Policy
Arctic Codex now supports two public sales modes: negotiated or standard-license sales for UPE, and direct self-serve purchases for supported digital products such as browser utilities. Public site copy is informational unless and until a transaction or written agreement is completed.
Public default offers
- Standard public checkout is available for the non-exclusive UPE commercial source license.
- Direct public checkout is also available for listed self-serve digital products where a product page and purchase link are shown.
- The public checkout is intended for buyers whose needs fit the standard offer described on the relevant product page.
UPE vs. direct digital products
UPE
- Commercial source licensing posture
- Proof, diligence, and integration review expected
- Custom structures available when warranted
Digital tools
- Self-serve checkout where listed
- Product-specific install docs and support links
- Buyer-use scope unless broader rights are expressly written
Custom and negotiated deals
- Pilot terms, broader source scope, procurement handling, and unusual structures are managed directly by email.
- Support, onboarding, custom rights, and other negotiated items must be written into the governing agreement.
- Any exception or expanded scope is controlled by the signed transaction documents, not by summary page copy alone.
