Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to the Arctic Codex website, public documentation, evaluation materials, and direct digital product pages. They do not by themselves grant a commercial license to Unified Physics Engine (UPE) or any related source code, and any product purchase remains subject to the scope stated on the relevant checkout, product page, and accompanying license terms.

1) Site purpose

The site exists to describe products, present proof and diligence materials, support commercial evaluation conversations, and in some cases sell direct digital software products. UPE source access, pilot use, or production deployment still requires the applicable written commercial agreement.

2) No implied code license

Except where an explicit written agreement says otherwise, browsing this site or receiving materials does not transfer ownership, IP rights, or a production-use license in UPE or other Arctic Codex assets.

3) Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, misuse any evaluation material, or attempt unauthorized access to private systems or confidential artifacts. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

4) Evaluation materials

Benchmarks, proof logs, screenshots, docs, and examples are provided for informational and diligence purposes. They should be read together with the stated scope, assumptions, and maturity notes.

5) Confidential materials

Some diligence packages may be shared only under NDA or direct commercial discussion. Those materials remain confidential and subject to the terms accompanying the disclosure.

6) Third-party services

The site may use third-party infrastructure for hosting, analytics, authentication, and communication. Their services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7) Disclaimer

The site and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. See the Disclaimer.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctic Codex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its public materials.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms as the product and commercial posture evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
